STORY - Cindi and I wrote our chapters/stories separately, for the most part. There are only a few we wrote together. When we were done I set them in order that makes the story flow properly. This story is far shorter than any of the others, but it was intentional. There are a few long chapters, but if you consider that the first story was parts, not chapters, and those parts were very, very long; this is the shortest. It was how it worked and moved forward. There was no need for intermittent sidelines. It gets to the point of the episode and moves quickly. (I went back to the first to compare the total number of pages to make sure I was right. In printed pages Essence Remains would be 79, Seasoned Essence is 67; including the Intro chapter which the first story did not have) With 16 chapters, an Intro and an Epilogue, we wrote this in 13 days, but I had a cold and didn't do anything for a couple, so it was fast.
